Know your baby's room at a glance. Our simple room thermometer helps you choose the right tog and the right layers, every night. Getting your baby's sleep temperature right can feel like guesswork. Our card room thermometer takes the guessing away.
Place it in the room where your baby sleeps. Check it at sleep time, every sleep. Then use our what-to-wear guide to pick the right sleep bag tog and what to put underneath.
The ideal room temperature for a sleeping baby is between 16°C and 20°C. If the room is warmer or cooler, small changes to layers can make a big difference.
We've spent over 25 years in baby sleep. We include a room thermometer with every sleep bag we donate through the Better Sleep Project, because we know it helps. Now you can add one to your own nursery too.

Good to know
A room thermometer is a helpful guide and start point for your child, but like adults, every infant is different so it is important to choose the right layering, and check them regularly. Always check your baby physically. Feel the back of their neck or their tummy. If they feel hot or sweaty, take off a layer.
If you are concerned about your child health contact a medical professional.
